Desay Battery Demonstrates Dual Strengths in Self-Developed Technology and Intelligent Manufacturing at CIBF 2026

2026-05-14

SHENZHEN, China, May 15, 2026–As a global leader in BESS industry , Desay Battery participated in the 18th China International Battery Fair (CIBF 2026), showcasing its self-developed energy storage cells, system integration solutions, and advanced intelligent manufacturing capabilities. During the exhibition, the company unveiled—publicly for the first time—its OEM and ODM service framework for global customers, signaling its ability to deliver both high-performance products and scalable production capacity.

At the show, Desay Battery presented its self-developed 100 Ah, 280 Ah, and 314 Ah LFP cells, 43 Ah sodium-ion battery, and AI-enabled active safety cells. Across modules, packs, and systems, it displayed a full-stack portfolio: 100 Ah and 314 Ah lithium battery modules, a 52S pack, the Lumos 261 kWh all-in-one C&I energy storage cabinet, the Lumos 417 kWh C&I DC cabinet, the high-rate LPC 2.0 cabinet, and the Vita series 6.25 MWh liquid-cooled containerized ESS. This vertically integrated offering meets diverse application requirements—from residential to utility-scale.

Beyond branded products, Desay Battery highlighted its OEM/ODM capabilities, built on over 20 years of collaboration with Tier-1 international clients and deep expertise in BMS, pack design, system integration, and precision manufacturing. Its contract manufacturing value lies not in scale alone, but in proven excellence in safety assurance, quality control, and complex system delivery.

In terms of production capacity, Desay Battery has 14 dedicated ESS production lines (over 25 GWh/year) and operates an intelligent manufacturing base of over 100,000 m². Cell lines feature 99% automation, modular architecture, and Class 10,000 cleanrooms (Class 1,000 in critical zones), supported by six Hi-pot tests and eight magnetic particle removal steps to ensure reliability. All these manufacturing resources support both the company’s own brand and its contract manufacturing business, providing a solid foundation for the large-scale delivery of OEM/ODM orders.

The Sliven 2 MW/4.8 MWh behind-the-meter project in Bulgaria, for which Desay Battery supplied the core equipment, officially entered commercial operation in February 2026. In addition, stacked residential battery systems for multiple international brands are being shipped to European and North American markets via Desay Battery’s ODM production lines.

Backed by technical leadership and execution excellence, Desay Battery has been named to BloombergNEF’s Q2 2026 Tier 1 list—the fifth time since the ranking’s inception.

As a trusted partner in the global energy transition, Desay Battery combines in-house innovation with industrial-grade manufacturing to deliver secure, scalable, and bankable energy storage solutions worldwide.
